Runne was the lovely brown tri that Sue & Roger imported, and who was extremely popular with the UK breeders as a new diverse bloodline. His colouring was quite a novelty in the early years, and in the first generations there were few brown tri colours born – but an explosion in generations to come – as a direct result of Runne’s significant impact on our gene pool.
